The California Public Records Act (CPRA), Government Code 6250 et all, clearly defines public records, the public's accessibility to those records, and the responsibility of the District in matters of public records.
The Deputy District Clerk is the "Custodian of Records" for the District. As such, is responsible for maintaining all official District records in compliance with State, Federal, and local regulations.
