Rates & Fees

Effective January 2, 2009, a surcharge of $5.00 will be added to monthly bills of treated water accounts printed from Janaury 2, 2009 through December 31, 2013, and the surcharge will be accumulated into the Water Meter Replacement Fund and used for the Water Meter Project as authorized by the Board of Directors.

AMENDING THE WATER MONTHLY RETAIL RATES: EFFECTIVE JANUARY 15, 2010

Metered Residential Water Rates. Domestic water rates for single family properties, individual condominum units and townhouse units equipped with a meter shall consist of three components: a base charge, a commodity charge and a pump zone charge.

Small Residential Unit Rate- Domestic water rates for signle family homes, individual condominum units and townhouse units under 300 square feet with no provisions for washer/dryer, dishwasher or outside hose bib, no improved landscaping needing water other than that provided by nature, no leaking plumbing  fixtures as determined by District staff.
