October 22, 2019 - There is again significant news regarding PG&E's planned Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) in response to wildfire danger. TDPUD does NOT get power from PG&E and TDPUD customers will not be impacted. NV Energy does supply power to TDPUD and NV Energy does have a program to de-energize transmission to the greater Truckee area in extreme fire danger - Public Safety Outage management (PSOM) visit for details.
