Truckee Donner PUD does not generate electric power locally and relies on NV Energy for transmission services. Over the last two months, there has been a decline in NV Energy transmission reliability resulting in numerous intermittent and longer-term electric outages; primarily in Tahoe Donner and Donner Lake but also impacting Glenshire and other areas. TDPUD has been seeking a solution from NV Energy. Power outages do happen and we all need to be prepared. How do I sign up for SmartHub?

 Click on the "My Account" link at the top right of this page and sign up as a new user. You will need your account number handy to sign up.

Is there a charge for using SmartHub?
No. The SmartHub service is free.
Is there a mobile app for my phone or tablet?

Yes. The SmartHub app is supported on the following platforms:

  • iOs 3.1 and above (iPhone and iPad)
  • Android 2.1 and above (Smartphone or Table)
I have 5 accounts. Will I be able to see them all?

 Yes. The SmartHub home page shows all of your accounts with the amounts due.
