You may pay your monthly bill electronically with the Autopay Program. The easiest way to sign up is online. Click on My Account at the top right of the screen to register/sign in to your account and setup Autopay.

Alternatively, you can fill out the Autopay Agreement form below.

Complete this form if you are a homeowner renting your home to a renter, and you want service to automatically transfer back to you when the lease ends.

The Auto Transfer program allows homeowners to ensure that service is not disconnected when the renter moves out. Utilities will automatically transfer back to the homeowner on the date requested by the renter. The $60 transfer fee is waived for any homeowners enrolled in the program. The homeowner will be billed for usage from the transfer date forward.

Complete this form if you are a homeowner and agree to delegate certain rights to a third party so that they may act as an agent for your property.

A Truckee Donner Public Utility District representative will contact a friend or family member if we are unable to reach you regarding the disconnection of your service.

Permits Truckee Donner Public Utility District account holders who are property owners to delegate certain rights to third parties who are agents for the property owner.

Fill out this form if you wish to pay for a non-radio equipped meter in lieu of receiving an AMI electric meter.

This program is limited to residential customers only. Net meter accounts and seasonal rentals are excluded from the program.
