Employment applications will only be accepted when there is an advertised position.  Resumes may accompany an employment application; however, they will not be accepted as a substitute for an employment application.

Compensation and Benefits


The TDPUD provides competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package to full-time, regular employees.

Benefits included are medical, dental, vision and prescription coverage for the employee and eligible dependents; CalPERS retirement; Life insurance benefit; and long term disability insurance.  The District also participates in Social Security.  

Paid time off includes holidays, sick leave and vacation days.
Optional benefits include: Deferred compensation plan, Aflac insurance and credit union membership.
