TDPUD 2026 Survey

Truckee Donner PUD is currently conducting a customer survey through an independent research firm, Probolsky Research. You may receive a postcard in the mail, an email, a text or a phone call asking you to participate in the survey. This is not a scam.

The postcard will have TDPUD's logo and TDPUD's Steven Poncelet's name and signature, the text starts with 'Your Opinion Matters' and has a red, white, and blue image, and the e-mail is titled 'Truckee Opinion Survey'. If you are called the surveyor will identify themselves as being with Probolsky Research.

We encourage our customers to participate and share their opinions about TDPUD if they are contacted. Thank you for engaging in our survey and helping us respond to our community’s needs.
