TDPUD 2026 Survey
Truckee Donner PUD recently conducted a customer survey through an independent research firm, Probolsky Research. The responses will help TDPUD best respond to our community's needs.
The 2026 survey builds upon previous customer surveys, and is designed to capture responses from a cross-section of TDPUD’s customer base, resulting in a statistically valid survey. The survey was offered in multiple formats (phone, online, email, text and written) and was made available in English and Spanish. The goal of the survey methodology is to maximize accuracy and reach while minimizing bias to provide clear, actionable data to guide decision making.
At the September board meeting, Probolsky Research presented the results to the TDPUD Board of Directors. That presentation can be viewed below.
